38th District Attorney hosted a training on July 31st at the SA Texas Anti-Gang Center. Kaufman County DA Erleigh Wiley, ADA Taylor McConnell and DPS Agent Cody El-Khoury gave an informative presentation to over 80 law enforcement officers and prosecutors regarding the latest trends in the investigation and prosecution of SMOKE VAPE SHOPS and possession of tetrahydrocannabinol.
District Attorney Christina Mitchell and Chief Investigator Shayne Gilland receive their awards at the San Antonio FBI Field Office after being recognized by FBI Director Christopher Wray for their assistance in connection with an FBI Investigation.
Meeting with our local law enforcement officers and Border Patrol on 3/11/2021 in discussion of our collaboration and efforts in prosecuting the influx of smuggling and human trafficking cases in 38th Judicial District, Uvalde and Real County.
